one hundred million (100,000,000) square feet of conditioned space. The
buildings we control range in size from twenty thousand (20,000) square feet to

Jordan’s
Furniture
is one of the most successful furniture retailers in the United States.
The Avon store is over 200,000 square feet, includes a large amusement center,
and racks up one of the highest sales dollar volumes per square foot in the
country. Other stores in Natick, Nashua and Reading create fun and entertaining
shopping experiences, which contributes to their retail success.

General Growth owns, develops, operates, and manages shopping malls in 44
states, as well as Master Planned Communities in three states. GGP has ownership
interests in and/or management responsibility for more than 200 regional
shopping malls totaling approximately 200 million square feet of retail space.

Normandy is a real estate investment trust which owns and operates a
portfolio of high quality multi-tenant office properties that are located in
high-demand business districts across the United States.
 The Groton School was founded in 1884 and is a coeducational, primarily
residential, private school for grades eight through twelve. The campus setting
includes over 20 buildings including academic, athletic, residence and
administrative facilities.
 Genzyme Corporation is one of the world's foremost biotechnology companies. The
company is dedicated to making a major positive impact on the lives of people
with serious diseases thru its products and research. Founded in Boston in 1981, Genzyme
has grown from a small start-up to a large diversified enterprise, with many

 The Veterans Administration Medical Center
in Jamaica Plain is located in the
heart of Boston's Longwood Medical Community. The busy campus consists of nine
buildings providing healthcare and related services to veterans.
 Digital
Credit Union
(DCU) is a member-owned cooperative that offers a range of
commercial and retail deposit, lending, insurance and investment products. Their
facilities include the main offices, operations center, and multiple branch
locations. Not confined to just brick-and-mortar branches, the credit union also
serves its customers via telephone and the Internet. DCU was founded in 1979 and
serves about 270,000 members nationwide.
 The
Town of Framingham has nine elementary schools, two middle schools, and one
high school. Also, there are several additional town owned and operated
buildings. The town has a population of nearly 70,000 and is located about
twenty miles west of Boston.
 Savers Bank offers comprehensive financial services and has experienced steady
and sound growth. The bank has complete modern facilities, sophisticated
computerized equipment, and offers a wide range of financial services. The bank
is headquartered in Southbridge with locations in Uxbridge, Auburn, Grafton,
Charlton and Sturbridge.
